RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Our Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policies are applicable within 30 days of receipt of the item.
Items may be returned or refunds made only after contacting us first at GPFineCraftory@gmail.com .
Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging.
In Case of Damage
If an item was received damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us immediately upon receipt. Items are shipped insured, and we appreciate your understanding as we coordinate a claim with the shipper (UPS or USPS.) Because each item is one-of-a-kind, damaged items will be refunded or replaced with a similar item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will notify you as to your eligibility for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days.
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- An item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or shipper negligence.

An item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in a reasonable time (7 to 10 days), and you’ve checked your bank account and/or credit card company, then please contact us at GPFineCraftory@gmail.com
Sale items
Sale items may be refunded or exchanged as specified above. A refund amount will be based on what you paid for an item, regardless of it's current price in the store.
Returns and Exchanges (if applicable)
We will try to replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, since most items are one-of-a-kind creations, we may have to replace an item with one that is of a similar design, or return your purchase price. To exchange an item, send us an email at GPFineCraftory@gmail.com.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless item was defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refund will be for the price of the returned item only, excluding shipping.
If you are returning an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item from the shipper.
