Shipping Policy

We will do our best to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt.

Our items are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service, insured. Most ceramics will be shipped via 2-day postal service, but often takes 5-7 business days. Wood items will usually be shipped via UPS ground.

If you are in Central Ohio, you can pick up your item rather than have it shipped.
Pickup times by appointment only. We will contact you when the order is ready.

 

Shipping rates are based on total sale amount on an order,
before taxes: 

  • $6.00  for orders between $0.01 and $25.00
  • $10.00 for orders between $25.01 and $50.00
  • $12.00 for orders between $50.01 and $75.00
  • $15.00 for orders between $75.01 and $100.00
  • $20.00 for orders over $100.00


Note: We can not guarantee shipping times once items are with a carrier, and weather, traffic, or unforeseen factors may affect delivery times.

In case an item arrives damaged:

If an item was received damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately upon receipt. Items are shipped insured, and we appreciate your understanding as we coordinate a claim with the shipper (UPS or USPS.) Because each item is one-of-a-kind, damaged items may be refunded or may be replaced with a similar item. (See Returns and Refunds Policy for more information)
